How to use PEAK Teller 24
With a PEAK Personal Identification Number (PIN), members can have access to a wide variety of information about their credit union accounts.
Following is an outline of services and transactions possible with PEAK Teller 24 and "step by step" procedures for banking by phone.

The pound sign (#) on your telephone key pad is frequently needed in use of PEAK Teller 24.
The asterisk (*) on the key pad will return you to your prior selection if you need to start over.
Pressing nine (9) on the key pad will end a call to PEAK Teller 24.
THE RECORDED "VOICE" WILL PROMPT YOU THROUGH YOUR COMPLETE TRANSACTION OR INQUIRY.
