SHARE CERTIFICATES

 

Longs Peak Credit Union is structured with you, the saving member in mind.

Share Certificates may be opened with either $500.00 or $1000.00 depending on the certificate term.

Maturities range from six (6) months to sixty (60) months.

 

bullet

At share certificate issuance, term and conditions are stated on the certificate, and a disclosure statement is issued.

 

bullet

 Interest is computed on the actual amount of the certificate and is paid quarterly as well as at maturity.

 

 

MINIMUM BALANCE

 

The minimum balance required to open one of these accounts is set forth in the rate schedule.  Once an account has been opened, no additional funds may be added to the principal amount, except for dividends earned on the certificate.
